I SWEAR by this when I go to the beach or any tropical vacation. I use it twice a day or before I get in the water to act as a barrier between the water and my spray tan. You can also use it as a slight self tan in between tans. This has DHA in it which is what tans you, so be careful on your hands, elbows, knees and ankles.
